The 'fuel' for leaf growth. Nitrogen gives your lawn that vibrant, deep green color and keeps individual blades thick and strong.
P: Phosphorus

K: Potassium
Acts as the 'immune system.' Potassium regulates water movement and helps grass survive extreme heat, cold, and disease.
The Power of Lime & Iron
Iron provides an almost instant deep green-up and effectively controls moss. We also apply lime to balance soil pH, ensuring your grass can actually use fertilizer and weed control products effectively for maximum health.
Density = Defense
A well-fed lawn is thick and dense. This density naturally chokes out weeds by leaving them no room for sunlight or nutrients to take hold.
Watering Bermuda Grass
Bermuda thrives with deep, infrequent drinks. In the summer, we recommend deep watering 2–3 times per week. The best time to water is early morning (between about 5–10 AM) so the grass has time to dry during the day, and avoid watering late at night when moisture sits on the lawn too long.

Fescue needs consistent moisture to withstand heat. During summer stress, we recommend 3–4 lighter waterings per week. Full-Service Annual Care
This is for homeowners who can't afford one big payment but want their lawn maintained and looking nice. A budget-friendly option broken into 12 monthly payments. Annual mowing is mandatory in the annual contract. Contract required.

Mulch Installation
Give your yard a fresh, professionally-groomed look. Our mulch installation service takes care of the hard work for you, featuring a thorough installation, detailed work, and a beautiful layer of new mulch. Optional hand weeding is available before we install your mulch for an extra-clean finish.
